Congratulations on your upcoming wedding.
We recommend booking a minimum of 8-10 weeks out from your wedding date/leave date for your initial fitting. This time frame allows sufficient time for our tailors to complete your dress alterations, but it also gives us a more accurate idea of how your body will look on your wedding day.
If you wish to have your gown completed 1-2 weeks prior to your wedding date, please also count and allow this on top of our recommended time frame.
RUSH ORDER FEES
Please note that if you are booking in under the recommended required time frame of 8 weeks out from your wedding date/leave date, there will be additional rush order fees to complete in a shorter time frame. These fees will vary on the difficultly of the job and the time frame for the alterations to be completed.
TO SECURE YOUR APPOINTMENT
We require $100 deposit to secure your booking, which will be deducted from your final invoice/bill once you proceed. A strict 48 hour cancellation policy will be enforced and those who do not notify us of cancellation or changes to appointment within this time frame will forfeit their deposit entirely.
BRING TO YOUR FITTING
Please remember to bring with you to your fitting the exact shoes you will be wearing on the day and any shapewear if you are also wearing on the day
LOCATION
We are located at 24 Point Street, Pyrmont NSW 2009, only seconds up the road from Star City Casino. Ample metered street parking is always available out the front of our shop on Point Street.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
At the time of your fitting you should be at your ideal sizing with no further fluctuations otherwise they may be extra fees applied for additional changes.
