OUR SERVICES

We recommend booking you initial fitting at least 8-10 weeks from the date you require your dress (wedding date or leave date if you are travelling for your wedding).

Need if faster? No problem, we also offer a Rush Order Service!
Rush order fees depend on the difficulty of the alterations and will be calculated after your initial fitting.

A $100 consultation fee is required to secure your booking and will be deducted from your final invoice.

During your fitting you will be provided with:

1. Guidance and expert advice on how to achieve your perfect fit.
2. Your invoice detailing your alterations by price (including any rush fees).
3. Upfront payment request (required to put your dress into the works).
4. A booking for your next fitting.

Congratulations, you’re on your way to have the perfect fitting dress!

You will receive:

• On average 2-3 fittings in total.
• Instructions on how to correctly get dressed on your wedding day.
• Specific care advice for your dress including tips on how to manage your dress train.
• Referrals for post wedding care of your dress.

When all alterations are successfully completed and you are 100% satisfied, your gown will be all yours to take home!

Walk-ins are welcome. However, we recommend booking in if either of the following apply to you:

• You have 3+ items for alterations, or
• You wish to discuss your alterations with an expert fitter.

Turnaround time:

• Standard: 2-7 days
• Rush Order service available for less than 24 hours turn around (fees depend on your alterations and will be calculated with your invoice)
